DUTY DESCRIPTIONS
Dean’s Secretary (Canan ÖZDEN)
- Scheduling and tracking all appointments, meetings, and communications for the Dean’s Office.
- Maintaining up-to-date personnel contact information.
- Handling document printing, copying, and distribution.
- Managing and maintaining notice boards and posting announcements.
- Performing other duties assigned by superiors.
- In case of leave or absence, Ebru TÜRK will substitute.
Computer Operator (Kevser ARSLAN – Administration/Department Secretary)
- Reviewing agenda items, preparing invitations, taking meeting minutes, and handling follow-ups.
- Managing disciplinary correspondence, personnel appointments, extensions, resignations, and leave processes.
- Handling documentation and communication for the Music Department, including student and faculty requests.
- Managing archive services.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Ömürcan BULUT will substitute.
Computer Operator (Mehtap AKYÜZ – Student Affairs)
- Handling all processes for undergraduate students from admission to graduation.
- Processing applications for the Part-Time Certification Program.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Ömürcan BULUT or Kevser ARSLAN will substitute.
Computer Operator (Ömürcan BULUT – Student Affairs/Department and Research Center Secretary/Document Registration)
- Managing student affairs processes from enrollment to graduation.
- Processing applications for the Part-Time Certification Program.
- Handling documentation for the Music Department and the Research & Application Center.
- Managing document registration at the Dean’s Office.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Mehtap AKYÜZ or Kevser ARSLAN will substitute.
Computer Operator (Ahmet KILIÇ – Accounting/Revolving Fund)
- Processing asset transactions and maintaining inventory records.
- Managing Social Security Institution (SGK) entry-exit transactions, travel expenses, and jury payments.
- Handling procurement and revolving fund transactions.
- Managing document processing as KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) officer.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Fatmanur TEKİN will substitute.
Computer Operator (Fatmanur TEKİN – Accounting/Revolving Fund)
- Handling SGK entry-exit transactions.
- Managing salary payments and extra course payments.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Ahmet KILIÇ will substitute.
Support Services (Ebru TÜRK & Levent DİREKOĞLU)
- Managing the cleaning of all rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces in the Faculty and Education Faculty buildings.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- Ebru TÜRK and Levent DİREKOĞLU substitute for each other in case of leave or absence.
Support Services (Elif ÖZBEK)
- Responsible for the cleaning of all rooms, restrooms, and kitchens in the Faculty.
- Performing other assigned duties.
- In case of leave or absence, Levent DİREKOĞLU will substitute.
