SCIE
This index covers journals in the field of Natural Sciences. It also includes online journals.

SSCI
This index covers journals in the field of Social Sciences (such as Politics, Law, Philosophy, etc.).

AHCI
This index covers journals in the field of Arts and Humanities (such as Architecture, Dance, History, etc.).

ESCI
This is a scientific citation index under Web of Science. It can be considered as a lower-tier index compared to SCIE, SSCI, and AHCI.

SCOPUS
This is an independent abstract and citation index, managed by subject experts. Scopus automatically updates researcher and institution profiles, creating rich connections between people, published ideas, and organizations.

Scientific Value of Q values
The Q values show the journal's ranking within its group. They represent the top 25% (Q1), second 25% (Q2), third 25% (Q3), and last 25% (Q4) of journals in the field.

Web of Science
It regularly scans journals and conference papers in the fields of Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and Arts and Humanities, providing access to publications related to these fields.

h-index
This measurement method was developed to distinguish researchers' scientific outputs. It measures both publication activity and citation activity, particularly at the micro level.

National Articles
Articles indexed by TÜBİTAK, ULAKBİM, and TR Dizin fall under national articles, which are assessed for Associate Professorship applications.

TR Dizin
This is a national citation index that scans articles published in National Peer-Reviewed Journals in the fields of Natural and Social Sciences and the bibliographic details of TÜBİTAK projects.

BKCI (Book Citation Index)
Book Citation Index under Web of Science provides faster and easier access to books, using strong and new discovery tools. It is the most essential index for a library’s book collection.

CPCI (Conference Proceedings Citation Index)
Conference proceedings provide the latest research and reveal emerging trends and ideas before they appear in journals.
