The "Farabi Exchange Program," officially known as the Student and Faculty Exchange Program Between Higher Education Institutions, is a program for student and faculty exchange between higher education institutions offering associate, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral education at universities and higher technology institutes.

The Farabi Exchange Program aims to enable students or faculty members to continue their educational and teaching activities at a higher education institution other than their own for one or two semesters.
